The best and more mature LP from one of my favourite bands (2nd after Cure). And it released 1982, the year of many glorious LP's from my favourite bands; Cure-Pornography, Cocteau Twins-Garlands, Bauhaus-The Sky's Gone Out, Eyeless In Gaza-Drumming The Beating Heart, Theatre Of Hate-West World, Names-Swimming, Virgin Prunes-If I Die, I Die in the style of music you post.
